- Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
- Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
- Obsession with Crime and Punishment
- Labor Power is Suppressed
Specifically, the proposed law is a form of government-backed censorship that would impair the teaching of several classic works of literature as well as other topics such as sex education, history, and political science, and would apply to all public schools, from preschool to college.
Representative Andy Harris (R-MD) is hereby charged with the following crimes against Democracy:
- Controlled Mass Media
- Corporate Power is Protected
- Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
- Rampant Cronyism and Corruption
- Violation of the Freedom of the Press

New York City Mayor Micheal Bloomberg and the New York Police Department are hereby charged with the following crimes against Democracy:
- Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights
- Controlled Mass Media
- Corporate Power is Protected
- Obsession with Crime and Punishment
- Suppression of Free Speech
